GET TO KNOW ME
Since 2001, I have worked as a guide and partner to those who desire to live their best life. I am a graduate of CSU Long Beach, a California native and have worked across the lifespan from children to older adults. I am humbled and grateful to every person who invites me into their life. I am energized in working with each of my clients. It is an honor to be part of the journey with each person; to help them uncover something, dig into an emotion and grow.
My personal mission is to provide support, facilitate awareness, help build self confidence and individual change in an inclusive, empowering and non-judgmental environment.
I'm passionate and knowledgeable in working in the following areas:
Survivors who have lost a loved one to suicide
I use various therapeutic approaches that are tailored to your individual needs and goals. My preferred modalities and approaches consist of a blend of Feminist, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, person-centered, psychodynamic, and strengths-based. Clients have described me as engaged, empathetic, and insightful, but with a willingness to push and challenge at the right time with respect and compassion. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey.
